The Enrollment Management team, in partnership with many members of our campus community, has been hard at work this fall introducing the latest class of prospective students to all that ACPHS has to offer.    Armed with a new slate of branded program cards encompassing all 12 undergraduate and graduate programs, the admissions counselors have traveled extensively covering 418 events at high schools and college fairs since the beginning of September

ACPHS alumnus, former trustee and faculty member David Kile ‘74, described as an innovator, leader and “gentle giant,” died on Oct. 6 at age 72. His history with the College began more than 50 years ago, when he attended Albany College of Pharmacy, and culminated last spring, when he continued to teach classes after retiring from the faculty in 2022

Dozens of visitors and members of the campus community filled the Panther’s Den in the Student Center on Nov. 9 to pay homage to those who have served their country – and especially to one of the U.S. Navy’s most highly decorated pharmacists, Paul Stanley Frament ’39

Pull into the ACPHS front parking lot on a Tuesday morning, and Joe Early would greet you. If it was first thing, he’d have his newspaper, an egg sandwich and coffee from Stewart’s. If you were a prospective student, he’d step out of the booth, talk to you and your family, make sure you knew where you were headed

For as long as Bob Tyndall can remember, an engraved silver bowl sat in the center of the dining room table of his childhood home, commemorating the commissioning of the U.S.S. Frament, a naval destroyer. Later, as an adult, Tyndall displayed it wherever he lived

Lieutenant Commander Gavin O’Brien ‘17 began his career with the U.S. Public Health Service in Chinle, Arizona, on the Navajo Reservation with the Indian Health Service. He also served in Belcourt, North Dakota, on the Turtle Mountain Reservation
