The Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences’ transition program welcomes new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students into the ACPHS community. Through our academic and social orientation programming, students can explore and engage with the ACPHS community while preparing to continue their journey as future leaders in improving the health of our society.
What to Expect from the Fall 2025 Transition to ACPHS Program
This one day transition program provides new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students with opportunities to meet peers, prepare for academic success and connect with key resources that will aid in their success at ACPHS. A finalized Fall 2025 Transition to ACPHS program schedule will be posted in June.
In addition to the one day transition program, new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students are welcome to participate in many of the events that take place on the Saturday and Sunday following the transition to ACPHS program.

New Student move in is for all incoming first year and undergraduate transfer students. Please check back in June for more information about Fall 2025 New Student Move In.
Fall 2025 Transition to ACPHS Program | This date will be announced soon.
Our Fall 2025 Transition to ACPHS Program is required for all new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students. All new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students are required to attend the Fall 2025 Transition to ACPHS Program.
