The Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences’ transition program welcomes new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students into the ACPHS community. Through our academic and social orientation programming, students can explore and engage with the ACPHS community while preparing to continue their journey as future leaders in improving the health of our society.
What to Expect from the Fall 2024 Transition to ACPHS Program
This one day transition program provides new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students with opportunities to meet peers, prepare for academic success and connect with key resources that will aid in their success at ACPHS. A finalized Fall 2024 Transition to ACPHS program schedule can be found below.
In addition to the one day transition program, new to ACPHS P1 and graduate students are welcome to participate in many of the events that take place on the Saturday and Sunday following the transition to ACPHS program.

Following the completion of the Transition to ACPHS orientation program, students will attend their program specific orientation. Details about these orientations will be shared via your ACPHS email.
