ACPHS is required to post-training materials for staff who address Title IX matters pursuant to the Title IX Final Rules that went into effect August 14, 2020.
For purposes of compliance with Section 106.45, training documents were provided to staff. The training was conducted by the Student Conduct Institute and SIGMA.
Student Conduct Institute
The Student Conduct Institute provides training for Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process in Title IX compliance and practices.
