WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR FALL 2024 ORIENTATION PROGRAM
Our four-day orientation program provides new students with opportunities to meet peers, prepare for academic success and connect with key resources that will aid in their success at ACPHS, all while having fun! Our major themes for each day are detailed below.

As you prepare for Fall Orientation, it is also important to check your ACPHS email regularly. Email is the Orientation Team's main method of communication and all orientation-related information and updates will be sent to you via your ACPHS email only starting in June.

New Student Move In Welcome to ACPHS! Please head to South Hall to start moving into your new space! Don’t forget to check into Orientation in the Gozzo Student Center after you finish moving in. |

New Commuter Students Arrive New Commuter Students are invited to arrive anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. When you arrive on campus, please follow the signs labeled “Commuter Parking” to park in parking lot C, next to the Gozzo Student Center. |

Family Farewell Say “see you later” to your family and friends before continuing Orientation. |

Reconnect with Your Orientation Group After saying “See you later” to your family and friends, connect with your Orientation group and head to the next scheduled event. |

Welcome to the ACPHS Community Representatives from Residence Life, Counseling & Wellness, and Campus Safety will provide you with an overview of what it means to be part of the ACPHS community. |

A Shot of Reality Through comedy, multimedia, and practical advice, students learn to make values-based choices about alcohol. Students will leave this session equipped with safe practices to make healthier choices and reduce high-risk drinking. |

Bus Trips to Target and Walmart Need any last-minute essentials? We’ll have a bus shuttling between the college, Target and Walmart during the following times:
The final shuttles will leave Target and Walmart to return to campus at 12:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up and drop off from the Student Center Parking Lot (Parking Lot B). |

Come meet your Mentor in person and get an individualized tour of where to go on your first week of classes. We look forward to seeing all the new faces! |
