Application Requirements
- BS or BA degree from an accredited institution conferred prior to enrollment at ACPHS
- A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Application Materials
- Names and contact information of two faculty or professional references
- Statement of purpose describing why you wish to pursue graduate studies at ACPHS, your specific interest in the MS Health Data Sciences program, your career goals, and what motivates you to pursue a career in medicine.
- Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV)
Official transcripts can be sent directly to ACPHS using Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse. Otherwise, admissions@acphs.edu should be listed as the recipient if another delivery service is being used. Official transcripts may also be mailed to the following address:
