Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is currently recruiting for two full-time administrative support positions in the Division of Enrollment Management.
These positions will perform a wide variety of highly responsible administrative tasks to support the essential daily functions associated with the division; serving as the initial contact for the office and having frequent contact with students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities include front desk reception including, multi-line phone and greeting visitors; department mail; scheduling and coordinating meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; producing and distributing correspondence; data entry, coding, imports, reporting and other application processing functions; supervision of work study students; other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Successful candidates will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and prior experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 2-5 years of increasingly responsible secretarial and/or clerical experience are required of both positions.
Qualified candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrating tact, patience, and courtesy both orally and in writing; ability to work independently with little direction and work confidentially with discretion; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, Project and Outlook), Adobe, and internet searches. Ability to work with CRM and Database technology preferred.
