The College provides students with a number of resources to help ensure a positive experience on campus. These include: 

• > For emergencies, please contact your Resident Advisor (RA), Resident Director, or Public Safety (518-244-3177).
  
  > For routine room maintenance requests, please email physicalplant@acphs.edu.
  
  > For assistance with  your cable or phone jack in your room, please email helpdesk@acphs.edu.
  
  > To set up phone service in your room, please contact Verizon at 1-800-VERIZON.
  
  > To report a laundry related issue, please contact Mac Gray at 1-800-622-4729.
  
  > To contact the Lost and Found, please visit the Public Safety offices, located in the second floor of the Holland Building (B-wing).
