Matt Stever
Director of Admissions
"I enjoy watching students grow into young professionals, and
I truly enjoy spending my days on a college campus."
Hometown: Endwell, NY
Why ACPHS is special: The small, tight-knit community
sets the stage for everyone on campus. I am impressed every day with the dedication
shown by our students, faculty and staff.
The best thing about Albany: Excellent shows at
the Times Union Center, tons of good food and close proximity to the Adirondack
Mountains.
Accomplishment I am most proud of: Hiking Mt. Marcy
(the highest peak in NY) six consecutive years.
Favorite music: Johnny Cash, Phish, The Beatles
and anything Bluegrass.
What I do for fun: Golf, hike, snowboard and hang
out with my wife Dawn.
Why I work in Admissions: It’s an honor to help
young adults find their paths at a pivotal point in their lives. I enjoy watching
students grow into young professionals, and I truly enjoy spending my days on a
college campus.
