Submitting Your Application: Freshmen

Congratulations on your decision to apply to ACPHS. We will guide you through every step of the way, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.  

This application is for current high school students with an interest in freshman entry into our Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science programs. For your convenience, we offer the following online and paper options to apply.  Please note we do not give preference to any one type of application.

Paper Application

The 2013 ACPHS Undergraduate Application for Admission can be downloaded and printed. Completed materials should be mailed directly to:

An application fee of $75 is required for first year and transfer, domestic and international students. 
 
For students who conduct an official visit to the College, an Application Fee Waiver can be requested by contacting the Office of Admissions directly.
